Partnering with students from the NextGen Sales Project: Consultative Selling course at City Colleges of Chicago was a rewarding experience. The team demonstrated professionalism and a clear understanding of consultative selling principles. Throughout the project, students explored the customer journey for our Community Educators Program — conducting research, identifying key touchpoints, and creating meaningful content that maps how educators engage with our organization from awareness to long-term partnership. Their insights helped us better understand our audience’s motivations and refine our messaging for recruitment and retention. The project outcomes will directly inform our launch and outreach strategy for the TMT OTT Partnership Program. We deeply appreciate Professor Jeff Hoyle’s guidance in facilitating a structured, reflective, and impactful collaboration. We look forward to continued partnerships that bridge education and real-world application.

ChatGPT said: Our experience working with the interns at Corksy was overall adequate, though there were areas for improvement. They showed enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, but at times required more guidance than expected to meet project standards. With additional training and clearer direction, they have the potential to contribute more effectively in future roles.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. We met virtually and discussed what each of us was looking for out of the possible collaboration. As an early stage startup, we were open to adjusting our project and Jeff made great recommendations to align with his students' work.
