Market Research for Corporate Well-being Toolkit Development

TRU Potential aims to position itself as a key solution provider for pressing corporate challenges. This project focuses on developing a comprehensive toolkit that addresses critical areas such as employee retention and morale, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through identity work. Additionally, the toolkit will incorporate strategies for burnout prevention by building resilience and enhancing professional confidence during organizational changes. Students will be researching specific companies that are seeking the types of services that TRU Potential has to offer. Through this research, the student will compile recommended solutions that can address these specific issues. The goal is to create a resource that companies can use to improve their workplace environment and employee satisfaction. By applying classroom knowledge in organizational behavior, psychology, and human resource management, learners will develop practical solutions that can be implemented in real-world corporate settings. The project will involve research, analysis, and the creation of actionable strategies that align with the TRU Potential's objectives.

We help individuals navigate through life by helping them embrace their true authentic self. Because true confidence is built from the inside out. Confidence builds resilience!  We believe in unlocking the greatness within each individual. Our goal is to help individuals grow personally as well as professionally. We are group driven yet individually focused! We would like students to create a short blog post on a topic related to TRU Potential’s work, designed to be shared on social media. These posts will then be used in promoting TRU Potential's corporate seminars and workshops.
