Details

Collaborate with the Senior Developer and Community Specialists to develop the Minivillage platform and marketing content features.

Deliverables
  • Working closely with customers on the technical side to ensure they are satisfied and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction and collaborating with internal teams
  • Eliminating bugs to enhance the customer experience from good to great
  • As needed, demo and walk our new customers through first-time use of the product, building the right rapport, using survey tools where helpful
  • Confidently own technical support with our customers while providing guidance (in the form of e.g. tutorial videos) and prompt support
  • Working closely with the Community Specialists to create how-to videos and a content pipeline
Mentorship

The successful candidate will be:

  • supervised by a member of the Minivillage marketing team with regular video or coffee check ins
  • invited to team Town Halls and Sprints for brainstorming and strategic meetings
  • given access to team collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and relevant software tools
