Details

Achieving Abilities, LLC seeks to improve its hiring process to attract a larger pool of qualified applicants. Recently began to use a new hiring software but still the process has shown limitations in reaching potential candidates. The goal of this project is to analyze the existing hiring process, identify bottlenecks, and propose strategies to enhance applicant attraction and streamline the hiring workflow. This involves researching best practices in recruitment, leveraging the digital platform we are currently using as well as other platforms if needed, and optimizing job postings to appeal to a broader audience. The project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of human resources management and digital marketing strategies to a real-world scenario. By focusing on improving the hiring process, Achieving Abilities, LLC aims to increase the diversity and quality of its applicant pool, ultimately leading to better hiring outcomes.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of the current hiring process, identification of key areas for improvement, and a set of actionable recommendations. Additionally, learners will create a prototype of an optimized job posting and a strategic plan for utilizing digital platforms to increase applicant reach. The deliverables will provide Achieving Abilities, LLC with a clear roadmap to enhance their recruitment efforts and attract a wider range of qualified candidates.
