Project Description:

Communiversity, a public education platform powered by the TMT Youth Community Foundation, delivers community-based webinar content on storytelling, workers’ rights, and youth development. We use tools like HighLevel, Make.com, YouTube, and Munch.ai to streamline registration, content creation, and distribution.

We are seeking a team of Diverse Tech Talent learners to map, prototype, and document an API-driven automation workflow that connects these platforms using AI and no-code/low-code integrations.

The final workflow should clearly define how a webinar is created, registered for, recorded, uploaded, and converted into social content, enabling our team and youth interns to efficiently manage the process.

Deliverables

Business Challenge:

Currently, our process requires several manual steps to:

  • Register attendees
  • Send follow-ups
  • Publish content to YouTube
  • Repurpose content into short clips
  • Track performance

We need help designing an integrated system that:

  1. Connects tools via APIs
  2. Uses AI-powered workflows (e.g., Make.com, Munch.ai)
  3. Supports youth interns and producers with easy-to-follow automations
  4. Is documented clearly for non-technical staff to manage and scale

Tools & Technologies Involved:

  • Make.com (automation builder)
  • HighLevel (CRM and marketing platform)
  • YouTube Data API (content management)
  • Munch (AI-powered video repurposing)
  • Google Sheets or Airtable (optional CRM/dashboard)
  • Replit (optional for scripting or low-code tasks)

Scope of Work (Over 4 Weeks):

Week 1: Discovery & Planning

  • Meet with project sponsor (Communiversity) for onboarding
  • Document the current manual workflow
  • Identify key APIs and automation opportunities

Week 2: System Mapping

  • Design visual flow diagrams (Lucidchart, Canva, Miro, etc.)
  • Define data triggers, endpoints, inputs/outputs
  • Begin testing simple Make.com scenarios or webhooks

Week 3: Build & Prototype

  • Build sample API workflows in Make.com using dummy data
  • Integrate registration from HighLevel to YouTube upload and Munch ingestion
  • Automate email follow-ups or internal alerts

Week 4: Final Presentation & Handoff

  • Deliver visual API data flow
  • Present working Make.com scenarios or prototypes
  • Provide a documented user guide or training template for TMT interns

Deliverables:

  • API Data Flow Diagram for Communiversity Webinar Lifecycle
  • Make.com Scenario Prototypes or Simulations
  • Documentation (PDF or Google Doc) with:
  • Overview of each tool
  • Integration instructions
  • Troubleshooting tips
  • Suggestions for scaling or customizing workflows
  • Final Presentation (10–15 minutes)

Why This Project Matters:

This project will directly impact our ability to train youth interns, reach underserved communities, and leverage AI to amplify educational storytelling. Your work will be foundational to a system that empowers real-world learning and community development.

The TMT Youth Community Foundation empowers underprivileged youth and transforms impoverished communities by creating pathways to economic opportunity, education, and collective resilience. Through strategic employment programs, skill-building initiatives, and collaborative partnerships, we equip youth with the tools to thrive while mobilizing adults and stakeholders to invest in sustainable community infrastructure. By fostering access to resources, mentorship, and leadership development—anchored in membership-driven engagement—we bridge generational divides and dismantle systemic barriers, cultivating healthier, self-sustaining communities where every individual can rise, contribute, and lead.
