Details

Success Skills Centre, a not-for-profit social enterprise, aims to support immigrant professionals in their career development by designing an AI training program. This initiative seeks to equip newcomers with practical skills to effectively use AI tools in various fields such as business, accounting, health, and legal services. The project involves researching, outlining, and building content for a curriculum that is practical, accessible, and engaging. The goal is to create a framework that meets the needs of newcomers entering the Canadian workforce, ensuring they are well-prepared to leverage AI technologies in their respective professions. The project excludes pricing, business modeling, and policy development, focusing solely on educational content and marketing strategies.

Deliverables

The project will result in a comprehensive course outline with recommended modules and learning objectives tailored to immigrant professionals. It will include a curated list of useful AI prompts for different professional fields and draft sample lesson plans/templates for instructors. Additionally, a marketing strategy, complete with example social media content, will be proposed to promote the program using AI tools. This framework will provide a ready-to-use curriculum and marketing approach to effectively reach and educate immigrant professionals.
