The student will develop and maintain a web application that integrates with our Learning Management System (LMS) to provide technical support to users. We are looking for students who have a strong background in web development, specifically in creating Technical Support ticketing systems. In this role, the student will be a crucial part of the team ensuring that our LMS is user-friendly and that any issues are resolved smoothly.

Students will undertake the following tasks:

• Design and develop a Technical Support Ticketing System web application that integrates with our LMS.
• Create a searchable education center that provides helpful tips and solutions to common technical issues.
• Develop a form for users to submit support tickets, which populates a database that administrators can use to track and resolve cases.
• Collaborate with the LMS development team to ensure seamless integration.
• Test and debug the application to ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Continuously improve the application based on user feedback and new requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the application.
• Follow best practices and industry standards for web development.

We will provide an orientation over video call to support the student’s understanding of our vision for this project, what they are solving, how they will be contributing to our products and services, and to answer any questions. We will also make introductions to our team members, especially the development team who will oversee the project and provide direction and support.
