Details

Campaign Associates (CA's) come to United Way from different stages in life, from different industry sectors, from different day jobs, and with a myriad of different skills. During their term at United Way, Campaign Associates are an extension of our fundraising team and help manage over 400 organizations and union accounts across the province. Every one of our Campaign Associates makes our team stronger.

Main objective: Connect, strategize, and execute 3+ workplace campaigns with United Way BC corporate partners in their Thompson Nicola Cariboo region (based out of Kamloops).

Fundraising Support: Plan, organize, and execute multiple fundraising campaigns that the Campaign Manager has delegated for you to work on.

Donor Relations: Manage these relationships with current and potential donors through connecting and collaborating with the Employee Campaign Chairs from those locations

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events related to the campaign, such as kick-offs, employee engagement events, and other planned activities at your workplace partner organization.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of donations, update legacy notes or reports related to the campaign.

Administrative Tasks: Provide logistical and administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, delivering impact speeches, and handling the pickup and drop-off of event-related materials or donations.
