A. Ensure that welcome events give new members a delightful experience and connections with others post-event
B. Support the ambassador program by helping to recruit, train and support the ambassador program both offline and online.
A. Ensure that welcome events give new members a delightful experience and enable connections post-event
1) Plan, coordinate and lead bi-weekly welcome events in person
2) Follow up with members and help them find connections using the company's platform features: 1 on 1 meets, gatherings and services.
Expected: 40 hours
B. Support and success of the ambassador program
1) Help to recruit the ambassador program both offline and online.
2) Support ambassadors in person and offline with training, intrinsic motivations and support
Expected: 30 hours
Towards the end of the project, the student would be invited to present their deliverables to the Minivillage team in person.
The successful candidate will be
- supported by the Minivillage marketing team with weekly video or coffee check ins
- invited to team Town Halls and Sprints for brainstorming and strategic meetings
- given access to team collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and relevant software tools
