TipTapPay Micropayments Limited is seeking to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of its customer relationship management (CRM) system by conducting a comprehensive cleanup and data management exercise within HubSpot. Over time, the CRM has accumulated redundant, outdated, and inconsistent data entries, which can hinder effective customer interactions and decision-making processes. The goal of this project is to streamline the CRM database, ensuring that all customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This will involve identifying and removing duplicate entries, standardizing data formats, and implementing best practices for ongoing data management. By optimizing the CRM system, TipTapPay aims to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
