Linkbase is seeking to enhance its user support experience by developing a comprehensive Content Hub. The goal of this project is to create a series of Help Desk articles and step-by-step feature instructions that will assist users in navigating and utilizing Linkbase's platform more effectively. This project will allow learners to apply their technical writing and communication skills, as well as their understanding of user experience design. The team will be responsible for researching existing platform features, identifying common user issues, and crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. The project will focus on creating content that is both informative and accessible, ensuring that users can quickly find solutions to their problems. By the end of the project, the team will have developed a set of articles that can be easily integrated into Linkbase's existing support infrastructure.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a collection of well-organized Help Desk articles and step-by-step feature instructions. Each article should be written in a clear and concise manner, with a focus on solving specific user issues.
