Our team participated in a capstone project aimed at enhancing Tellegacy’s healthcare operations, strategic planning, and policy compliance through data-driven insights. The project focused on scalability, volunteer engagement, and program sustainability. Additionally, we contributed to an email marketing campaign, helping to refine communication strategies. Throughout the process, we engaged in research, collaboration, and mentorship check-ins, gaining valuable insights into healthcare program delivery and strategic improvements. We appreciate the opportunity to work on impactful initiatives and look forward to further refining our contributions.
