I have a lot of respect for Hospitality Furniture and its founder because the company has been operating for decades. I also appreciate the founder venturing into the digital online world when many of his competitors are still offline. The experience of working with the company on this project was mostly good, but tainted by the stakeholder's communication choices during a Zoom session.
