Course Overview:

This course provides students with the opportunity to work on a hands-on project in a relevant business & management topic area. This is an experiential course and it is designed to foster critical thinking and real-time decision making, with students applying their knowledge and skills to the challenge at hand. We are beginning the Winter semester, completion will be by mid-April 2024.

This semester a group of students will spend 100hours per group analysing an organizational challenge of your choice and developing a strategy to help you address your challenge. Based on information you provide, each team will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations.

The majority of the students in the Post Baccalaureate Capstone Course are International Students with a variety of undergraduate degrees.
